Ruth E. Watson

Ruth Elizabeth Watson, 86, a resident of Graystone Manor at Bellmeade has left this earth to be with her husband Charles Watson who proceeded her in 2014. Ruth, a Hollidaysburg graduate of 1958, was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Velma (Woodring) Smith.

She leaves behind her brother Russell Smith and wife Debbie, of Bellwood, a niece Roxanne, a nephew Scott; a son Randy McCready; three grandchildren: Michael and wife Rebecca, Amanda and husband Mike, and Austin; four great-grandchildren; a step-son Lee "Chip" Watson, whom she resided with upon the passing of her husband, and a daughter-in-law Jenn Luciano.

Ruth's family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Graystone Manor at Bellmeade for the loving care she received.

There will be no public services held. Private interment at Alto-Reste Park, Altoona.
