Samuel Lawrence Frederick

Samuel Lawrence Frederick, 81, of Martinsburg, passed away on January 17, 2022 at UPMC Altoona Hospital, due to pneumonia and COVID-19. He was born on April 2, 1940 in Woodbury; son of the late Harry and Mae (Imler) Frederick. Sam retired as a self-employed plumber with over 50 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, shooting guns, reading, telling jokes, and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by an infant brother. Surviving is son, Don Frederick of Roaring Spring; daughter, Karen Frederick of Martinsburg; grandchildren, Travis Frederick (wife Starla), Brad Frederick, Brandan Garman, and Cody Frederick (wife Rachelle); great-grandchildren, Starlet and Waylon Frederick; as well as a brother, Glenn Frederick (wife Belva) of Roaring Spring.
