Sandra K. (Smith) Foor

Sandra K. Foor, 76, of Roaring Spring, went home to be with the Lord on December 5, 2020 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center. She was born on August 22, 1944 in Altoona, daughter of the late Eugene Lee Smith and Mabel Naomi Hartman-Smith. Sandra was a graduate of Williamsburg High School Class of 1962. She was united in marriage to Robert C. Foor on March 16, 1964 in Winchester, VA. Sandra was a member of the Bare Memorial Church of God in Roaring Spring and enjoyed bingo, church, and most importantly, family and family cruises. She was preceded in death by a brother Larry Smith; sisters Linda Clark (husband Wayne) and Pam Stamm (husband Melvin); and son-in-law John E. Frazee. Surviving are her husband Robert; daughter Bobbi K. Frazee of Martinsburg; daughter Melonie D. Morgan (husband Jeffrey) of Orbisonia; granddaughter Brittany D. Morgan; grandson Brandon A. Morgan; brother Ronald Smith (wife Paulette) of Florida; and sister Rita Shaffer (husband Larry) of Roaring Spring. Due to COVID-19, a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
