Steven Michael McNally

Steven M. “Paddlefoot” McNally, 63, of Martinsburg, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 10, 2025 at his home.

He was born in Altoona and raised by his late grandparents, Quinton and Rose McNally.  On June 21, 1986 he married Suzanne B. Shippey at the Memorial Church of the Brethren, Martinsburg.

Surviving are his wife, Suzanne of 38 years; a daughter, Laura Marie McNally of Martinsburg; and a brother, Ken Musselman Jr. of Roaring Spring.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Beach.

Steve was a 1979 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg and following graduation completed training to be a heavy equipment operator.

He operated heavy equipment for over 30 years for New Enterprise Stone & Lime Company.  Steve loved hunting, riding his motorcycle with friends and going out to dinner.  He also enjoyed watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies.

A celebration of life service is being planned for a later date.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
