Teresa Ann Limbert, 61, of Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday morning, October 11, 2022 at her home, following a lengthy battle with cancer.

She was born in Huntingdon, daughter of the late Drew M. Sr. and Gwendolyn M. (Claycomb) Appleman.  Teresa was twice married, first to William S. Brua of Nanty Glo and then to David L. Limbert, who preceded her in death on February 25, 2012.

Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer A. Ober (Ted) of Wellington, FL; a son, Jeremy S. Brua (Sirisha) of Aldie, VA; six grandchildren: Adrianna, Cameron and Sophia Schleich, Zoey Ober, Jeshan Brua and Jeisha Brua; and three brothers: Drew M. “Bugsy” Appleman Jr. (Annie) of Vero Beach, FL and A. Brady Appleman (Deb) and Shawn T. Appleman both of Williamsburg.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Joshua Scott Brua; and an infant daughter, Jessica Pooler.

Teresa was a 1979 graduate of Williamsburg High School and a member of the Williamsburg United Methodist Church.

She was employed for many years as a chef for the Holiday Inn Express, Altoona, until the hotels closing and then spent almost 10 years working at Cenveo in Williamsburg.  Teresa also drove a school bus part-time for the Williamsburg School District.

Teresa loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, playing the violin and decorating for Christmas.  She also enjoyed shopping, watching reality television shows and dining out with family and friends.

Friends will be received from 10:30am until noon, Friday, October 21, 2022 at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church, where a funeral service will follow at noon, Pastor C. Matthew Roberts officiating.  Private interment will be held at Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
