Theodore S. Michelone, 68, of Williamsburg passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening, July 18, 2018, at UPMC Altoona.

He was born in Altoona, son of the late Theodore R. and Barbara L. (Marick) Michelone.  On September 4, 1971 he married Ginger A. Musser at the old St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Williamsburg.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 46 years, Ginger; a son, Adam T. of Williamsburg; two brothers: Stephen A. (wife, Kathy) and Gregory W. (wife, Lisa); two sisters: Carol Stern (husband, Marty) and Anne Marasco (husband, Ralph) all of Hollidaysburg; and a sister-in-law, Bernie Michelone of Duncansville.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jason Paul; and a brother, Barry L.

Ted was a 1968 graduate of Williamsburg High School and a 1971 graduate of Williamsport Community College.  After graduation, he worked for A&P Grocery for 13 years and Specialty Foods Incorporated, Altoona for many years.  Ted retired from Pezro Foods, Jamestown, NY, where he supplied and serviced all the local Riverside Stores.

He was a longtime, active member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Williamsburg, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister, on the church finance council and also on the church cemetery board.

Ted was a member of the Williamsburg Beagle Club.  He loved spending time and talking with family and friends and also enjoyed hunting.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Friday, July 20, 2018, where a vigil for the deceased will be recited by, Deacon Kevin Nester at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 am, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Williamsburg, Father Matthew Reese officiating.  Interment will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Williamsburg.

The family prefers memorial contributions in memory of Ted be given to Williamsburg Ambulance Club, P.O. Box 94, Williamsburg, PA 16693.
