Timothy L. Colbert, 60, of Martinsburg, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, November 20, 2020 at his home.

He was born in Roaring Spring, son of the late Charles E. “Buss” and Gertrude “Gertie” A. (Hoover) Colbert.

Surviving are three brothers: J. Wayne (Janet) Colbert, C. Steven (Janice) Colbert, both of Martinsburg and Kenneth E. Colbert of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James A Colbert Sr.

Tim was a 1977 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg and was employed at Roaring Spring True Value for the last three years.  He previously worked in the maintenance department for Homewood at Martinsburg and for many years owned and operated T/C’s Repair Shop in Henrietta.

He was a member of the Henrietta Sportsmen’s Club and a social member of D. Merl Tipton VFW Post 43, Martinsburg. Tim loved deer hunting and was an excellent mechanic, able to fix about anything.  He also enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates and riding his motorcycle.

A graveside service will be held at 11am, Friday, November 27, 2020 at Diehl’s Crossroads Church Cemetery, rural Martinsburg, Pastor Brian L. McCall officiating.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.

Memorial contributions in memory of Tim can be given to Henrietta Sportsmen’s Club, 1448 Henrietta Road, Martinsburg, PA 16662.
