Veronica E. (Andrews) Hershey

Veronica E. Hershey, 74, of Roaring Spring, passed away on June 19, 2021 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. She was born on May 14, 1947 in Philadelphia; daughter of the late Frank and Sally (Palmer) Andrews. Veronica was a graduate of West Catholic High School in Philadelphia and member of the Geeseytown Lutheran Church. She was a school bus driver by trade and enjoyed raising horses and boxer dogs. Veronica especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Dakota A. Ott. Surviving is her husband of 46 years, Kenneth W. Hershey; daughter Jennifer Rhodes of Altoona; daughter Denise Clark (Gene) of Montoursville, PA; sister Elizabeth Harrop (Bruce) of Exton, PA; grandchildren Aidan, Gabrielle, and Liam Connor; nephews, Kevin and Paul Harrop; and niece Patricia Walker. Friends will be received on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 10:00 to the 11:00AM Funeral Service at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury. Interment will be in Dry Hill Cemetery.
