Virgil F. Frost

Virgil F. Frost, 71, of Martinsburg, passed away on September 9, 2025 at his home. He was born on January 9, 1954 in Hoven, South Dakota; son of the late Anthony and Alice (Miles) Frost. On October 27, 1984 in Billings, Montana, he was united in marriage to Cynthia (Russell) Frost, who survives.

Virgil was employed as a truck driver for Russell Trucking and Sheetz. He was a member of the Martinsburg Mennonite Church and caretaker of the Martinsburg Mennonite Church Cemetery. Virgil enjoyed time spent with his children and family, working at and volunteering for his church, watching football, riding motorcycles, and time spent at home.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Victor Frost and step-mom, Bernice. Surviving is his wife, Cynthia; son, Levi Frost (Kim) of Jacksonville Beach, Florida; daughter, Rachel Frost-Lynch (Mike) of Aurora, Colorado; grandchildren, Jack, Harper, and another on the way; and siblings, Jim, Rich, Paul, Maxine, Colleen, Maureen, Rita, and Lila.

At request of the deceased, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
