William Edward Clark

William Edward Clark, 68, of Martinsburg, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at his home. He was born on February 28, 1956 in Roaring Spring; son of the late George and Betty (Bowser) Clark. William was a Northern Bedford High School Class of 1974 graduate and  avid hunter. He retired from New Enterprise Stone & Lime Company as a heavy equipment operator after 43 years of service.

William was preceded in death by his son, William J. “Billy” Clark. Surviving is daughter, Amy Ramsey (Steve) of Tyrone; granddaughters, Stephanie and Nicole Ramsey; siblings, Debbie Hoover (Glenn) of Roaring Spring, Connie Guyer of Martinsburg, Robert Clark Sr. (Belle) of Claysburg, Dixie Miller of Roaring Spring, Annetta Rice of Knox, IN, and Donald Clark (Lynda) of Roaring Spring; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 11:00AM to the 1:00PM Funeral Service at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren. Pastor Timothy Guyer, officiating. Interment will be in New Enterprise Cemetery.

The family wishes to express thanks to the nurses and staff of Gentiva Hospice for the care and comfort they provided William.
